北京和玺建筑成套木作系统有限公司系中澳合资企业，成立于2003年。公司秉承国外先进的装饰装修理念及管理方法，致力于为酒店、公寓、住宅、写字楼等高档装饰装修提供高品质、环保、耐用的木门系列产品。和玺木门以其选料精良、款式新颖、风格高雅、工艺精美、技术先进而赢得了设计师的推崇和消费者的青睐，贴心的售后服务以及现代化的管理理念赢得了广泛的赞誉，成为中国木门行业的知名品牌。          和玺木门以简约的意式风格为主，由意大利知名设计师设计。品牌下设瑞娃、莱斯、朗德、佛罗伦萨、米兰、五大系列；涵盖简约时尚风格、优雅古典风格、意式宫廷风格。
公司生产基地位于北京市朝阳区双桥东路东旭花园，占地面积10万平方米，建筑面积5.8万平方米。拥有一大批高学历、高素质的管理和技术人才，员工达410人。生产工艺采用欧洲先进的技术标准，配备了德国、意大利进口的大型数控设备、各种木工专用机械及中央除尘系统，以保证产品质量达到国际化先进水平。
和玺木门非常注重工艺细节和整体效果，通过设计、研发、选材、生产、质量控制达到最终整体效果的均衡，使个性化设计风格与现代化生产工艺完美结合。
公司集设计、生产、销售为一体，具有承接大型木门项目、终端销售等一站式服务的实力和丰富的经验。成立至今，已承接数百项高档酒店、公寓、住宅、写字楼等木门配套项目。零售产品进驻居然之家、红星美凯龙等大型建材超市，遍布全国的经销商网络日趋庞大。优良的品质，完善的服务已广为市场认同。
公司现为中国家具协会、北京建筑装饰协会、中国木材流通协会会员单位，通过了ISO9000质量管理体系及ISO14000环境管理体系双认证以及权威CTC产品质量与健康双认证；并且连年荣膺“中国木门30强”荣誉称号及全国 “守信企业”等荣誉。
公司聘请了著名表演艺术家刘佩琦先生担任和玺木门品牌代言人。                                                                 作为演艺圈德艺双馨的实力派男演员，他的倾情加盟进一步推动了和玺品牌市场化运作及品牌成长。


Beijing Hestia System Limited is a joint-venture enterprise formed with Australian investment in 2003.By introducing the professional experience in interior decoration and fit-out as well as the modern management, we are focusing on providing quality interior wooden door product for hospitality area, modernized office and deluxe residential building in efficient delivery and environmental friendly material. Owing to possess the best raw materils, fashion style, high-tech level, mature product, modern management as well as intimate after-sale services, Hestia became a well-known brand in wooden door industy, meanwhile been accepted by customers and designers. Hestia’s product contrived by italian famous designers based on the fashion,  classical and aulic style, thereby creating 5 series: Rever, Lise, Rada, Milano and Florence.
Hestia Locates in 100,000 square meters area of Chao Yang District, Beijing with total 58,000 square meters building area. There are more than 400 employees to serve in this firm include large numbers of well-educated personnel, and equipped large-scale of German and Italian advanced machinery with centrl vacuum system that guarantees our quality satisfying the world class standard.
Hestia attaches great importnce of process the technical details, focus on design, R&D, material selected, manufacture and quality control to achieve a balanced overall effect eventually.
Hestia is well organized with various teams including design and R&D, production and engineering, sales and marketing. Many slap-up projects had been well done by these teams. Retail product was sold in Easyhome, Macalline,and the national sales and service network is going to more matured.
Hestia is member of the China Furniture Association, China Construction & Interior Decoration Society, and China Wood Logistic Chamber; and accreditation of ISO9000 Quality Assurance System and ISO14000 Environmental Management and Control System and the ‘CTC’ qualification. Meanwhile it is honored as the ‘Top 30 enterprises’ , ‘Reputable Enterprise’ in wooden door industry’.
